Detecting & Treating Termites

In the event that you think you may have termites or just want some peace of mind, we will send a technician that has been thoroughly trained and licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture to thoroughly inspect your home for any evidence of infestation as well as conditions that can be conducive to a new infestation.  At that point we can make suggestions and offer services tailored to your individual property.  Spot treatments are available but do not have the added value of a renewable warranty.

Once a thorough treatment has been performed on your home or property it is covered under our worry-free guarantee.  We will notify you once per year in the anniversary month of your treatment that it is time to renew.  At that point you have the option to call or e-mail our office to schedule your inspection.  As long as your contract is active termites are of no concern to you, DAMAGE INCLUDED!*
